What we collect
The early-access form collects your email address. If you choose the optional checkbox, we also record that you gave marketing consent for scent tips, product updates and occasional offers.
The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as automated and is not enrolled.
How we use it
- To confirm that you joined SCENTZ early access.
- To email you when SCENTZ is ready.
- To send optional marketing updates only when you explicitly opt in.
- To keep the signup idempotent, so repeated submissions do not restart the same email flow.
Email infrastructure
SCENTZ uses Resend to store early-access contacts, manage email topics and send confirmation, launch and optional marketing emails. Resend processes this information as email infrastructure for SCENTZ.
Marketing preferences
Marketing consent is separate from early access. You can join early access without opting into marketing. If you do opt in, future marketing emails should include Resend-supported unsubscribe or topic preference controls.
Submitting the early-access form again with the checkbox unchecked is not treated as a marketing unsubscribe request.
Retention and deletion
SCENTZ keeps early-access contact records while they are useful for launch communication and related support. To ask for deletion or a change to your email preferences, contact support@getscentz.com.
